Pretending to be from Telstra. Can't something be done about this?

Scam. American accent claiming to be from "Telstra technical department". As I'm not with Telstra and am also on the "Do Not Call" register they should not be calling, they're not a charity or government department.

Multiple phone calls from these people via different phone numbers over past few days despite telling them I am not interested. Say I have a problem with my internet connection. Very annoying!

Scammers - "Microsoft or Telstra Technical Support - You have a virus on your computer". Obviously a manufactured, fake number. They call regularly, they must enjoy the chat with our answering machine because they keep calling despite being blocked - scam the scammer!
