Received this call for two days, 4:30am and 1:00am. Answer the phone, but no one talk. How to stop ?

Called at 4:45am not sure if it was intentionally dialled at such an hour. Picked up and no one was on the other side. If they called for the purpose of a prank, the joke's on you because I wasn't even asleep because my sleeping pattern is f*cked up from staying up cramming for finals.

This number called me at 5:59am, i was waked up but miss it....annoying

They called me earlier today claiming to be Windows Technical Department, I replied "Sure You Are!! Bye" and hung up. Not often you get the number of these scammer, they often block it.

I have a few missed calls every week from this number. I never answer and they never leave a message. Can I block them? Annoying!
