There was a recorded voice when I answered which told me my NBN internet and phone was being disconnected in 24 hours. If I wanted to avoid this I could hang on for a technician by pressing #1. I did this and then the call dropped out. It wasn't until I checked the caller ID that I noticed the number. 2345678 00 is obviously fake. I hope I haven't done any damage by pressing #1.
