Caller with foreign accent said they were working for CTP 'Compulsory Third Party Insurance' and had were calling to confirm that someone at my home phone number had been in an accident in the past year. They said the call was about arranging compensation. When I said I found this a very strange call the caller thanked me for my time and hung up.
