Harrassing phone calls up to three times a day saying they are from Telstra Technical department and they are informing me that my computer has viruses etc that they want remote access to fix. They hang up when I say 'Bullsh*t! You arent from TELSTRA' Scammers!

Probably during transfer to a telemarketer.

I've received 2 calls from this number. I answered the first call with the caller delayed in responding. They then proceeded to say they were ringing from Telstra technical. I hung up.
This evening I was called again. I didn't answer and then searched for problems with this caller - none were reported so I dialed the number. The response was that the number wasn't connected.

Call from "Telstra Technical Dept" lady with Indian accent at 7.45 pm. I asked her if she new what time it was. She asked me if I knew the time and so the conversation went until she hung up.

When called back "This number is not connected, try again"

This is the telstra interenet scam. indian call centre saying they are form sydney. I get many calls from these people and they are trying to load malicious software on peoples computers. when questioned they get agressive and abusive and try and tell me i am being smart with them for not complying. for 10yrs this has been going on and they have not been stopped

Nuisance calls - silence on the line then computer generated "goodbye"
