They called - I answered - without identifying themselves, they asked for the name of a person who has not lived at this address for over 10 years. As soon as I started to tell them I was not that person they hung up - did not even wait for me to finish the sentence. I rang back after a minute or so, but "call could not be connected - please check the number and try again".
