Caller: Jamie Spector from ATO (not) Said he was calling to let me know my TFN was suspended and the feds had a warrant out for me because of illegal activity. Basically more full of crap then a mudcrab. He provided his ID number and a case number. Almost had me convinced someone had stolen my identity (it’s happened twice already). But really didn’t want me making my own inquiries with the police. He really didn’t want me telling anyone about the call. Sorry bud everyone knows now. I call the ATO and they have reported it, and anyone reading this post also knows.
