Caller: Claimed to be calling from Telstra Technical Services Tried to get me to grant them remote access to my PC so they could 'fix' my internet problems. Were extremely insistent and claimed they were able to provide me with a client id number that only Telstra and I would know. They tried to direct me to run another app on my PC which I suspected would provide them with my IP address. I believe they were trying to gain remote access to my PC. Beware!
