Had half a dozen calls from this number, but when calling back you get the message that the number is not connected. Definitely a scam then!!!

Caller: "Solar Rebate” scammer Overseas scam callers "Solar Rebate” from overseas using a spoofed local number. Diverted to spammer answering machine, I hope they enjoyed the chat with it.

Caller: Richard Parker-person claiming to be from Solar Solutions Phoned my number that is on the do not call register claiming to be about Solar Rebate. I asked was he calling from Australia and he replied yes, I then informed him he was breaking Australian Law by phoning a do not call number. He became argumentative.
