Seemed dodgy particularly on public holiday from Telstra I asked for confirmation on my email address which they claimed it was hotmail (yes like so many other people)but no details I asked if they knew my billing address and all was responded yes it’s NSW (true) but couldn’t give accurate information Keep saying no listen to me ( no let’s face it Telstra customer service team wouldn’t use that phrasing)
