Caller: I don’t know apparently on my phone it says that the call was coming from Libya, I was hesitant to answer it cause i thought it might be a telemarketer but I still answer and a voice message in foreign language, I’m guessing Chinese answered me then hanged up. It was really weird. but they never called again.
