Caller: She said she was from Telstra

According to the caller one of the lines were down under ground and she wanted me to check my modem for the number of lines showing.
No idea what she was on about. I told her I’ll call Telstra and I hung up. Obvious scam. Can’t understand why these calls can’t be stopped permanently.
