Have sorted this out, after having been charged for 27 calls over a 5 month period. If you are connected to a back to base alarm system, this is the call that goes through to your alarm company automatically if there is a problem with your alarm. Contact your alarm system company and ask them to convert your system to a local call number, not the 13450153 number.

My bill indicated someone on my phone dialed this number twice, at 3.22 am, a week apart, while I was overseas !!!

I have had this number come up on my phone bill repeatedly over a 7 month period but have never dialed it. Total charges for this number was $97. WTF!
