I recently also bought a domain name. And scummy GoDaddy makes you pay more to hide your info from the public.
You are all experiencing a bot who calls to check if the number is active/valid. If you answer, it 'notes' on your profile to perform a callback, and you can expect an *actual* human to call back later in attempt to scam you.
This call was a probe, answering is the key to more spam later.
Do not put your personal email address or personal number on your profile when dealing with DNS/Domain Name registering.

I think it is likely to be one of those numbers that charge you if you call them back.

Coincided with buying a domain name. Go Daddy really want you to pay for security now.

Keep getting calls from these 02 numbers . Every time I do I tell them not to ring again but they still do . Will be reporting them to the authorities. If that doesn’t work taking matters into my hands !

This is because you were on a private number, it's a fake recording by their IVR.
If you had a number it'd store it and call you back later. This is common by scammers.

i received a call from this number and it went to a goodbye message after a few seconds. I tried to call the number back and it went to a not in service message. I too have registered a new website on line in the last few day and have been getting call about from mostly Indian web marking to build a web site. From experience there websites are awful and full of holes. if you don't take out a maintenance contract with them you may find your website hacked which may be a coincidence but i doubt it.
