I missed the call as I was at work. The number claims to be the Australian Taxation Office and it's an automated bot telling you it's a final reminder about an income tax fraud has been reported under your name and, to get in touch with ATO immediately. It does give you the option to "speak to an ATO representative" by pressing 1. This number has been reported to the ATO.
