Very odd looking number, answered and after a delay a recorded voice starts to say it's "the Australian Taxation Office and this is a final warning" - hung up straight away. THIS IS A SCAM. The ATO in the past week has published media reports about this and the $800,000+ that's been reported so far that's been scammed from gullible Australians, just last month alone.. As the ATO says they never ring with an identifiable number. The ATO wants these phone numbers reported to them. Beware - SCAM.
