I'm at work. I received a couple calls with my caller ID showing '0'.

I was thinking it was dodgy, but it was a real customer for me this time. So saying I am hesitant about any number showing as just '0'

I also answered a call from private number claiming to b microsoft. I hung up on them. Since then getting bout 3 calls per day from + 10 zeros. Bugger off

I am getting calls from +0000000000. It follows after i answered a call from a scam claiming to be from Microsoft. Seems to be my punishment for playing along and seeing what they were trying to get from me.

Calls which have no one at the other end are automatically dialled numbers most likely from call centres. The calls get dropped when the dialler doesn't find an agent free to talk.
