Knew my first name. Was regarding an issue with my computer (I don’t have one). When I said I don’t have a computer, it was apparently suddenly regarding a device. I was advised I had previously paid $200 odd dollars to have it looked at. I haven’t. I told them I think they have the wrong number and hung up on them.
