That's what I thought too. Makes it seem suspicious. I was wondering if it's from a foreign country. I let all calls go to the answering machine these days, unless I know who it is, because we were getting too many scam calls.

Caller: Indian scam callers Obviously a spoofed number, too many digits for Oz. Indian scam callers, we automatically divert them to our unwanted caller answering machine. They must enjoy the chat with our answering machine "Lenny" because they keep calling despite being blocked. Scam the scammer!

This scammer was adamant that they were not trying to scam me, and insisted that I have a virus on my "Microsoft". they're getting really bad/desperate these days if they are referring to it as a Microsoft rather than a PC! I strung her along for a bit, until I got bored, she then screeched something at me before I hung up!

Asked for Mr or Mrs, said they were deceased, then I was accused me of stealing my parents property. When I hung up on them, they rang back

Caller: Seems to be scam They just hang up without saying anything. Usually a sign of a computerised call, and someone else answered earlier, so they abandon this call.
