One of a series of "Latvia" phone calls I have received, keep blocking each number as somehow (without answering) I was charged for a 2 hour call to Latvia !!!! These calls are extremely annoying, and come at all hours.

Ash, received a call on my mobile from the name +371228505. It came up on mobile as Latvia. Caller: +37122850518; Call type: Unwanted.
