Unknown source - cost equals $3.95 per minute plus surcharge. Investigating with service provider who this number actually is.

sh*tty scam "you win a prize" email lead to a website with this number to call and claim prize. I'm not dumb enough to call and googled the number, so here I am.

Not a Telstra customer and haven't been for over 40 yrs, got the bill 3 months after supposedly making the 25 minute call, PTSD kicked in, hit the roof as I was not home at that time the call was supposed to have been made, checked phone number on internet, another bloody scam, got up Telstra for not blocking that number when they know it is a scam, end result I will not be paying the $100,21 phone bill and Telstra have done the right thing for a change and wiped the bill. 1902 234 455 IS A SCAM NUMBER

Instead of looking into it, Telstra have issued me a late fee on our next bill after I refused to pay the $97.69 which they now call overdue. From their information I was able to find out that the call was supposedly made by myself at 2.14am on August 18th. Whilst I was adamant that I didn't call anybody, especially at 2.14am in the morning, they are still pushing their hardest for me to pay. I have just about had a gut full of Telstra. If they continue to harass me over a call that I didn't make, yet still expect me to pay for it, I am sure there are other Phone Companies out there who would be happy to have our service. This sort of crap didn't happen in the days when I was a technician with Telecom Australia who was completely in Australia before it was moved to the Phillipines. Now to get any decent service one has to allow up to 3 hours on the phone when ringing about anything. Call it progress? I'm afraid I can't.

I save the number, give it the name zpest, so all the zpests are at the end of my real contacts ... I press done (up at the top), go down again and press 'Block this Caller' (which is in blue) then press "Block Contact' (which is in red). This works, I do not hear them again and notice after two or three more unanswered tries appear; they give up. I only hang up when I have finished reporting; so I waste the same of their time as they wasted for me.

This is a scam. I allegedly won a Toyota Kluger and was invited to call this number to get my "prize code". Told to "stay on the line". Do not call this number it is a premium reverse charge scam which will cost you a fortune on your next bill

I can tell you I have received a call from the same phone number 1902 234 455. Have found out the number is from Telstra telecommunication. They are always annoying and constantly bugging people. Even if you have registered for a DO NOT CALL service, it is the same as your own private number. Unfortunately, the government cannot do anything about this at all, and that I had to find it the hard way round because telecommunications department belongs to the government. It is some sort of scheme all they want is your money, does not matter if you're working, unemployed or on a pension. They say they just pick any number up from randomly because it is in their system DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. It is telecommunications trying to sell you something, that is not necessary and they want your money. It is normally aimed at elderly, seniors and non-English background the most.
