This premiem dial scam it quite sophisticated. You will receive an email son after visiting multiple online shops e.g. Officeworks, JB HI etc. Using the cookie metadata that stores the last site you visited, and sometimes the product you searched for in google (e.g. iPhone etc), you will recieve a quick response survey about your local e.g. JB HI and if you would like a new iPhone etc. The site feigns checking that you have only participated this scam offer once. The your asked to dail the 190x xxx xxx premiem service number. Charges can have a $90+ flag fall fee. This approach is moderately sophisticated as it procides younwith associations to known companies in your area.
Please note that there has been a wave of these types of scams recently including an Australian Taxation Office scam asking you to call back on a premiem number.

Never call back a premium number. If you are charged by them get on to your Telco and tell them in no uncertain terms that you want 1900 barred from your phone and the charge reversed. If they don't come to the party then call the Telecom Industry Ombudsman. I firmly believe these numbers are a racket and should be barred by default, allowing the account holder to opt in only if they're silly enough to want to be fleeced.

Have had an hour phone call with Telstra arguing about the charge . Latest Bill had a charge of $77.24 from this number. Taking into account previous comments sounds like a scam.
