Just received an almost identical scam in the UK. The 1800 No was provided as the contact and on checking on the internet found the listed comments. Credit to all who post comments, together we'll beat the scammers

I had the same experience. This is a total scam. I spent 15 minutes telling the guy on the other end that he should try and get a better job.

Caller: Supposed computer security that I signed up with in 2017. They leave a message telling me to call Alisha if I want to change or cancel my 3 year subscription renewal. They say my account will be debited with $1500USD. They also say this is my last chance to change or cancel. They have been calling from this number and various mobile numbers for months now. I have answered a couple of times and said I’ll cancel, then they want me to open my computer to delete their program. My IT guy says they have nothing on my computer. When the calls started I thought it was the company I did sign up with in 2016. But I had since changed to another company and had no problems cancelling. I don’t answer any mobile number I don’t know. I just send an auto message for them to leave a message and I block the mobile numbers they call on. I don’t ring the 1800 number.
