This is a scam. Fake tech support.

I wasted their time they sweared at me and I called them a Indian scumbag and I traced the call of the accent and I could hear like India city

This is a SCAM.... be aware ....

These scammers are now organizing for your payments to go through PayPal. Looks and sounds legit. Company you are making payments to is called Epitome Group out of Texas, U.S. You visit the website and it is completely fake. Even when you click on the Facebook icon on the page, it takes you to someone's personal timeline. PayPal will do nothing about it. They won't even investigate thoroughly. Best to contact your bank and see if they can reverse the payment.

They claimed they were in Victoria, Australia. But I said the telephone line quality was poor. So I called back, and it was still poor and each time an Indian accent. I said I am having trouble with your accent on these poor quality lines and then I started to get abused. Then I realised I was not speaking with a Microsoft Certified Technician and terminated the call and did a Google search on the number.

How did you make the payment? You should contact your bank as soon as possible and they might be able to reverse the transaction and get your money back.
