Joseph from Telstra (ID D815377) contacted me. This is a legit call, not a scam. I thought it was a scam at first and have contacted Telstra and they have confirmed that Joseph works for them and is from their Customer Relations Team. I can't wait for my Cheque to arrive in the post. Merry Christmas

i just got a letter from telstra saying to call 1800 246 030 regarding a delay of certain features on my phone line im a little dubius

has tried to contact you in regards to TELSTRA has tried to call you about your home phone Silent Line preferences. Please call 1800 246 030 between 9am and 5.30pm AEST Mon-Fri.
I received the above SMS. We DO NOT HAVE A SILENT NUMBER and this 1800 number seems suspicious. NO, I did not call the number.
