Family Assistance Line

I had to call them just to make an appointment re: mums visa application. After 45 plus minutes of waiting, finally got through and lovely Lee answers, tells me he doesn't have knowledge in this area (I just need an appointment Lee) and says he'll put me "straight through" to someone else. I try to stop him and say "wait, how long will that be?" He says, "I told you, straight through" and in a blink, I'm back on hold. Its 20 minutes later and I have to leave to get kids from school. They get paid for their time but its like the rest of us have all day to wait just to speak to someone.
