I was transfered, by Optus, to tech support. When I was continuely being asked questions to prove my identity when I had already given my phone number. I thought something felt not right. Then when I was asked to give him a few minuets to bring up my account and I could hear children in the background and foreign language being spoken I hung up. After several phone calls from this number which I did not answer it stopped. I am sure it is some kind of scam try to get into bank accounts. BE VERY WEARY.
