asian female (usual philipines/ singapore voice) .. indistinct company name. "Please ring back on 132222 re my telstra account" ... of course its a scam

Obviously don't click the link but they texted me:

"Approved Submitted Direct Debit, To ROBIN DAVIES, from [Sydney, on 07/11]. Do Not Recognise this? Visit: comm.user-sc-au.com"

No such transaction occured - they are getting lazy, it doesn't even say what service this is supposed to be for

Caller: Scammer called Silvia

A scammer called Silvia rang me saying she is from Telstra and that there is a problem with my internet connection. When I told her to give me her phone number and I would ring her back she told me to ring 132222. When I rand this back there was a false recording stating they were the commonwealth bank. Phone carriers should be doing something about these scam calls as they go through phone carriers in order to make these calls, so they are liable when people get unfairly scammed for their money. To anyone who gets these calls from this number or gets told to ring it please don't listen to them and report the call to scam watch or police.
