Hi there, I was expecting a repairer to our home at 19 Alfred Rd Brookvale NSW 2100 today sometime mid afternoon but no one arrived. I was home from 12:20pm onwards and was advised by our insurer that the repairer waiter for 2hrs without anyone showing up. Not sure what the issue was. I tried to ring at 4:30pm to speak to someone but your number just rings out without being able to leave a message. Please call me to reschedule.
