This company has just charged $19.80 to my last Telstra bill for third party purchases I did not make. Called Telstra & got them to block premium SMS. It's the only way to stop these b*********

yes, another scam, ring Telstra and they will take the extra charge off and block the number for you!!

A charge of $6.60 appears on my wife's phone a/c as "1 purchase" for Third Party Purchases. Telstra says it's a one off & gave me phone number 1300 795 070 & said call IGA on that number to reverse the charge. I am mad that Telstra allowed this charge for something not purchased. This number is not on my wife's phone records of recent calls or messages. Something stinks. Especially when Telstra say they cannot reverse this charge. Only happened since changing from pre-paid Virgin to Telstra monthly a/c.

My monthly bill had a charge of $5 paid to IG8 P/L for a service I never received. Rang Telstra to-day and was told that the charge would be reversed.

Just another heads up I rang Telstra and had the number barred yet got billed again for $6.60. I was then told by Telstra that they didn't ring the third party provider and cancel the subscription (which I never ordered in the first place) so I got billed again. Make sure that Telstra rings the third party provider and cancels your subscription also to avoid future bills.

My wife was charged for service we did not ask for or were even aware of, for several months connected to 1G8 PTy Ltd 1300 795 070 Called telstra who have blocked premium line numbers for us. but also called the telecom ombudsman after seeing so many complaints about this company on reverse Australia, and telstra taking no action against the company involved. The ombudsman said they would refer the complaint back to Telstra who are supposed to get back to me within 2 weeks. If Telstra don't do something about this, are they colluding in a fraud, as it is them who actually take the money and presumably then pass it on to the company providing the unwanted and unsolicited service.

I received this bill from Telstra and charged me extra $5 for IG8 PTY LTD 48 150 714 39 1300 795070 which I'm not aware about. I read all your comments here and was about to submit SMS barring but I did not subscribe to any text message on the date this transaction occurred. This is totally a ghost transaction which also mean a total scam! Imagine how many people are charged $5 and to avoid the hassle you just pay it. The company responsible for this would have millions in an instant! This should be investigated by Telstra and should protect their customers from this type of scam.

unsubscribed Service Text appeared from Premium 19711971 with "stop" text message from this 1300 795 070 no. Telstra helped to "unsubscribe" this Service. The text taken 25 cents from my prepaid. I supposed I was very lucky that it was only 25 cents.

Have had appear on July 2017 mobile account as $5 amount for a couple of months - rang Telstra they said it was a game service and they terminated at my request. Also on bill it appears in description under third party purchase as INPH19960006MT. I was advised to sms 'stop' to this number 19960006. Should not appear again from next bill.

I have been charged by these arseholes for five months now couldn't stop these pricks rang the number just got a answering machine. Had to ring Telstra to block the number. just a scam and didn't even ring them just answered a sms

Total Scam, this company has an answer machine with 2 options to select. Neither option allows you to speak to a person and question the charges. Both options are deliberately vague. This is a total scam!!!!
