I can confirm this actually IS a number for a department within NAB. Just finished a phone call with a woman from a separate NAB department, after calling to try and solve an issue with my account. She could not solve the issue from her end as it was the responsibility of a different department, so she gave me a number to call to contact that department directly. This was the number she gave me. It IS NOT a scam.

Got sent a message today from this number 1300 661 114 message from NAB, funny I don't have any accounts with the NAB :)

Have had a couple of these RUDE automated messages. This time let it go to the machine and they left this number - 1300 661 114. Rang NAB and according to the girl I spoke with, it is NOT a NAB number. Call at your own risk.

Caller: NAB Assist

NAB Assist is an internal team in NAB which investigates overdue account.

I have had 2 emails allegedly from Origin Energy for billing using this number 1300 661 122. I don't have any accounts with Origin.

I also had a message and u decided to call it and was put through to a gentleman and he asked for my card number on log on and then to confirm information ect and couldn't confirm right away ended up confirming through mobile number and I said these safe I got same as above but I had paid $50 payment and he said oh it was $55 something that was due he said it was only $5 dolls whatever cents short and asked when I'd be making the payment do I didn't get a late fee charged he said it didn't look like I would be chargers and I did to call nab and they will remove it as a once off good will gesture so sounds legitimate to me

I've been sent SMS that came through from "NAB NoReply", message says "Courtesy reinder: payment on your NAB Visa Card is now overdue. Please refer to your statement for payment options or call 1300 66 11 14. Thank you". This happens after I've been receiving calls from a bunch of NAB mobile numbers with voice prompt asking to press 1 on the keypad, then hang off a few seconds later.

I have these incorrect SMSs that come through from the 'collections department' of NAB. I rang back NAB on the main number on their website and it's apparently legit but an unlisted number, but I was concerned about it being a scam.
