I DO NOT appreciate your Letter of Demand from West Gippsland Vet Care. I have paid what I can afford on this account which is the majority of the procedure of over $1,000.00. I fully intend to pay the rest when I have the money and in time but I will not be bullied into payment of this in this manner. My dog had rotten teeth and needed urgent operation and it was done and well. There was $200.00 odd left and I will pay this in time. I contacted an organisation that cares about animals and asked them for some assistance with the rest of the bill and they contacted the Vet who declined to accept their offer of assistance for the $200 saying I had made a payment arrangement. So, for your edification, I will pay this when I can, without any extra added costs, and will not be bullied especially when I tried to make helpful arrangements for the remainder of the account. Perhaps Veterinarians would well to sometimes realise that pensioners and others have trouble with such things and be a bit more lenient. So, effectively, bugger off and I will pay when I can. DO NOT APPROACH ME AGAIN.
