I have been getting repeated calls from this number claiming to be Citibank

Scam caller. I informed them that they will be fined $10,000 if they try to call again.

The caller claims to be from Citibank and demands payment for supposedly overdue accounts.
This is a scam where call centre workers have stolen Citibank data and are attempting to collect debts which are often still outstanding. Thereby tricking the victim into paying the scammers instead of Citibank.
Caution: The callers are often abusive and make threats.

I also have been getting repeated calls from this number, if it is Citibank and the calls are not justified, do what I intend and report them to the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service)!

I’m glad I brought up this website.
Thought I would google the number as I’ve been talking to these guys for a few weeks now. Offering me 40% off the balance to pay out the debt sounded good. Hmmmmmm!!

This is a scam by Citibank on behalf of Bank of Queensland

ring and doesn't leave msg.. help needed.. how do I report to the appropriate authorities..???

They are an elaborate scam. They send out "official" looking letters saying they represent Citibank with banking details etc., However as they are scammers and useless people they made two glaring errors on the letter - no email address and although a PO Box no street address. The guy calls himself Roger Gates obviously not his name. But a word of caution - steer clear because they could be part of or used by an aggressive organised crime group. I'm send their letter and other details to the AFP to deal with.

Keep getting calls looking for someone named Chris. I tell them every time that they have the wrong number yet still continues to call.
Be careful and do not give any information to these people.
I think if you say that you will report them to the police then they will stop.

Indian guy at Citibank chasing credit card payments.

I get this number calling every couple of days and does not leave a message. I tried calling back and get call fails message.

These guys have been calling me non stop too. I told them not to call me but they still continue. Wish we could block them
