Called and left repeated messages on my answering machine. Didn't leave their name or name of company, just a reference number and to call back on this number. I received the same message with the same reference number but to call back on:
1300 133 825
1300 326 521
1300 433 825.
I have googled all of these numbers and have seen similar complaints that it is a debt collection agency scam so will not be ringing them back. It was an Asian accent and was both men and women calling me.

They called two days in a row and left 2 messages. Spoke really fast in a phillipino or indian accent. (too fast to make out clearly) They did not state what company they were called from. They asked to speak to some ramdom name - not ours and lastly the idiots left two different reference numbers.
Definitely not calling them back.

Consistently leave messages on my mostly unused home phone answering machine.
Phone call from lady with overseas accent, leaving a message for "Sarah" (same initial as me but wrong gender!) and a reference number. Been going on for months now. I've been ignoring them but wish they'd stop.

Got two messages from two different females with accents. Both talking fast into my voice mail, one asked for Richard (they choose common names in the hope of striking it lucky). The other one mumbled something about insurance. Both quoted the same reference number. I feel like calling back to play along with their game but I don't know if by calling that number they are going to drain my phone credit. They rang my listed landline.

These people have contacted me numerous times on my second/backup mobile phone and have received 8 voicemails and 3 text messages between November 20-December 23. I've never actually spoken to them but in the voicemails, they ask for Sharon or Shannon (which is not my name), give a reference number and ask for a call back on this number.

This is very obviously a scam and they're not even good scammers as they call my backup phone and can't even get my name right. It's not even close.

After calling for over a week numerous times a day and not leaving a message, just left a message at 2:24am. No idea who, American accented female with a male in the background correcting her when she started to give a return number.

I was suspicious right from the start because of the delay in the response to my answering the phone. It took a long time to get "Baycorp" out of the caller. He was very aggressive because I wouldn't give him my full name. He kept repeating that he could not discuss "the matter" because of privacy reasons, that I should know about, until he verified he was speaking to the right person. I had no intention of giving him my full name and he eventually let slip the suburb that my employers were supposedly based at. When I told him it was the wrong suburb, he said they must have been there before I started working for them. He gave me a reference and a phone number and threatened that Baycorp would be calling back. Do not be intimidated by these phone bullies! Do not give them any information even if they give you a phone number and a reference! From other comments on this website, it is not legitimate!

Picked up the phone when they called and spoke to a woman with a foreign accent, my guess is someone from Philippines. She asked to speak to someone named 'Steven'. There is no Steven here, and our number is in a brand new estate, definitely an auto generated call list. I just played along to get more information from her. She asked me to get Steven to call 1300 326 521 with a reference number, regarding a 'personal matter'.

These turkeys have been hassling us for well over a year. The call to my mobile comes up as Private Number - as my wife has cancer we need to answer all calls in case they are medically related as I am the contact number. Somehow these scammers linked my wife's name to my mobile number and our home phone. When they ring my mobile there is a large silence then the switch cuts in (obviously a machine is calling and diverting to a call room when they get an answer such as hello hello). If I don't hand up quick enough a Phillipino asks for my wife by her first name. They always ring about the same time 2 or three times each day. Then the home phone rings and they either hang up or leave a message to ring 1300 326 521 re an urgent matter and quote a reference number you can Google as a scam. First time I fell for it and got into a conversation thinking it was the hospital. They claim to be Baycorp chasing a debt. THIS IS A DOCUMENTED SCAM - don't answer the calls as you will never get rid of them. I would like to know who sold our personal data to them in the first place. Another number they use is 98062459.

Mine comes as no "Caller ID". Finally after on 02.05.17 ringing and not leaving a number or message - 4 times, then on 03.05.17 - 3 times, then on 04.05.17 - 6 times, then on 05.05.17 - 5 times, then on 06.05.17 - 4 times, then on 08.05.17 - 4 times, then on 09.05.17 - 8 times, then on 10.05.17 - 6 times and today by 11:46am twice. It was only the last phone call that an Phillipino accent speaking woman leaves a number of 1300 626 521 (mind you I had to listen to my phone half a dozen times to get the phone number. No where they are calling from, no please, no thank you. Well you can shove your number up your arse your rude individual. As for the company that trains you...... until you train your employees how to be polite, courteous, well manner (not rude), and provide details as to where they are calling from, I'm guessing by the majority of the complaints on here - you wont be getting a call back... PMSL !!!!!!!!

CID showe repetitive calls. Then girl left message in Phillipino accent so fast as to be almost understandable. After playing it back a number of times I was able to make out "call us back", the number and some sort of reference number. Not even please. My guess is also a collection agency.
