Took the deposit- Forget 10 yrs gurantee, they';ve got to do the job first!
21st Nov - Contacted The Showerman T: 1300 287 188 to seek quotation / 23rd Nov - Amanda (wife of Erol - owner of The Shower man attended my property and provided a verbal quotation) then a written quotation via email address (everlasttilingservices @ hotmail.com), also requested a 25% deposit totaling to $515 to secure a book date. I've paid the deposit and then contacted Amanda to secure a “confirmation date” for the contracted work to be carried out.
30th Nov – Amanda finally sends the receipt and confirm tradesman first visit on Sat.
3rd Dec – Erol did not show up - No show No phone call to advise, Un-contactable! With my persistence callings - Erol picked up the phone a week later and rescheduled to the following Tuesday. But again Erol did not show up, No phone call to advise, Un-contactable. The rest of Dec 2011 and Jan 2012 - requested refund but no success and with too many broken promises EVERY times, till date neither refund nor the courtesy to communicate.
I should have posted this review a lot earlier but I have a kind heart and want to believe that he will refund the deposit because he is unable to carry out the contractual job. He recently replied via text message that he has no money to repay me because he and his wife spend the money! I am now obtaining my refund via professional assistance at a cost but please be a warning to everyone else not to engage this company.

In 2013 I had two showers repaired at my house by the shower man. 3 years later they are both leaking and have damaged skirting boards. Have left 18 messages and 4 emails with company and are still waiting for any person to contact me. That use a paging service, PO box and have no means of contact if they choose not to. Be very cautious with this company, ask for contact numbers or an office you can contact. Not possible....

Funny thing I was at a property whereby the owner had engaged Errol to tile her bathroom and toilet. It was a bathroom renovation, he got her to pay $15,000 in cash and never completed the bathroom, whislt the bathroom was tiled it was not finished, but he stripped the toilet of tiles and left it bare with nothing in it.
He never returned to complete the job took her money and left.
Saddly my friend is too soft and kind hearted she too said it was spent. She even went to the office address to find it was boggus! Did not exist.

I have contacted Reverse AU and requested your ISP and details so that we can commence defamation proceedings. Clearly you are not, and have never been a client of ours, as firstly, we have never had a client named Daisy, never had a client from Surrey Hills, we never take cash deposits, we only take progress payments once each stage is complete so it would not be possible for us to take $15000 from you without completing your job, also, we have never even done a bathroom to the value of 15k! Our most expensive renovation we have ever done come in at under 13k, including supply of all items. I would really appreciate you contact us before legal proceedings commence. We have the voicemail you left with the threats, the false email address and other evidence which will be used in court. There is enough work around Melbourne for all of us, there is no need for you to leave false and damaging reviews to try and steer customers away from us.
