I tried to get a refund for a product that didn't work. I couldn't get a hold of the person who delivered the catalogue so rang the 1300 number.When I rang the 1st time the lady I spoke to told me that someone would ring me within the week and if they didn't then I should call back. I wait a week and of course nobody rings, so I ring back and the lady I spoke to this time assures me that she will pass on my message to the area manager who will call me. So again I wait, this time only 3 days and of course no call from the area Manager. So I call back AGAIN angrily and got put through to the regional Manager and tell her how unprofessional they are and a few other choice words. She apologised, but I still wasn't happy becasue I shouldn't have had to ring 3 times to chase it up in the first place. When I asked the Regional Manager if she was going to reimburse me for the three 1300 number calls, she told me I had to ring a 1300 number to put in a complaint. wtf? Never again am I buying anything from Penny Miller.

Worked for Penny Miller as a distributor for 3 weeks....... Got promoted to area co ordinator, all that hard work racing around on my motorised chair gone to waste. Got my area established and then they take that from me, because I'm in a wheelchair. Discrimination I reckon it was.

Yes, I can relate to that as I worked for them too. I'd like to add my bitt to if I may... As a Penny Miller Area Coordinator [AC] you're responsible for your distributors and if a distributor doesn't pay their account for goods ordered by their customers - you guessed it, the AC is expected to pay and if the AC doesn't pay PM threatens the AC with debt collection and legal action. Put simply, PM just don't make money from sale they bleed dry their distributors and ACs too. I'm surprised that this company remains in business - if I were in business like this I'd be sent to prison. How do they keep getting away with it??

I did 3 weeks with penny miller and make less than $100 total. A lot of work for crap money and when a customer has a faulty product the poor distrubtors have to pay for the replacement not the company selling faulty goods. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I become very unwell so the regional manager came into my home and went through my cupboards and took everything. All my hard work of walking for hours dropping and collecting the catalogues...for what???!! I have not been paid for any of it!! And the regional manager was so gutless she didnt even tell me I no longer had a job. This has been going on for a month now and I still have not received any money!! Everyone from the company are just ignoring me. My advice to anyone thinking about working for Penny Miller is Do Not do it!! They pay cash in hand which is very appealing- but its turned out to be the worse mistake. As my phone number was stamped on all the catalogues im still getting phone calls from customers. Some wondering why I dont work for Penny Miller, and I dont know what to say as im still wondering the same thing. Trust me everyone its not worth the hard work and stress working for Penny Miller!!
