Keeps ringing me over it is tying my business phone up

They just rang at 8,00pm. Stop phoning me.

I made donation one time to this for the SES. and since then I have been pestered over and over for anything from the Blue Light Disco to The Fire Fighters. Biggest mistake I ever made. Now I have bloked the number.

We receive a call almost every day, sometimes twice in a day. Calls are automatically directed to an RVA telling them to cease and desist but still they keep trying.

We were getting calls from (08) 9771 6100 every day and my husband decided to answer them yesterday and it turns out to be from SIDS charity looking for a donation. I have given to them in the past and now they badger me all the time and I now can't afford to give anything.

interesting that people say Royal Life - when they call us they are apparently calling on behalf of Diabetes Australia, whom I am about to ring and ask to be removed from their donations list.

I answered a call at work today from this number today ... I could here the operator having a conversation in the background, who promptly hung the phone up after I answered. Clearly the conversation was more important than fund raising for the Royal Life Saving Society.

I normal donate to this assoc on a regular basis from my own personal account, but clearly they funds are not needed or being wasted on paying telemarketers to chat and I will be refusing any future support of this association.

STOP WASTING PEOPLE TIME ... IF YOUR PAID TO CALL PEOPLE - TALK TO THEM WHEN YOU ARE MAKING THE CALL.

Rubbish I'm getting calls from this number, it rings 2 or 3 times if I try to answer there is nobody there, if I try to call back they just cut off the call there is no message........Think about it this alienating people.

I certainly won't donate now I've been messed around.

I missed a call from this number and happy to have found out it was from Royal Life Saving making fundraising calls. I've purchased an occasional raffle ticket from them in the past at a shopping centre, given them my number on the ticket (obviously) and therefore it will go into their database and it's quite legitimate for them to phone me and let me know they're fundraising again. I'm sure the people that are complaining would complain far more if the education programs they provide such as Swim and Survive, First Aid courses, swimming programs for littlies and water education for the whole community weren't there. I'll be checking out their website to see how I can donate this time. And for those that complain about being on the Do Not Call Register and getting calls from charity organisations - read the whole thing and you will find that charities are exempt. Be nice to the people who phone you, they are doing a tough job, just like the people who rattle the tins at the shopping centre and get ignored.

Rang my house number TWICE at 3AM then proceeded to ring my mobile number TWICE at 3.10AM. I have 3 young kids and don't need to have them woken at that time of the morning. I am very very annoyed.

Well, now that I know who it is that has been constantly calling and not leaving a message & feels they have the righ to ignore the do not call register, I might have soem fun.. I wonder what the most awkward call for a telemarketer to be caught on would be.. hmm.. Should I do flirty, crazy, or totally off the wall..
