Survey scam of some sort

Caller: Scammer pretending to be from a Health Department (couldn't tell me which one he worked for)

Male from non-English speaking background advising me he was from the Health Department. When I enquired which department he again just stated health department. When I pressed him for State or Federal he continued to say the same. I then mentioned I worked for state government and he couldn't hang up quick enough. No Government department would behave like this individual so you can safely assume it is nothing but an unsolicited marketing call so don't even give them the time!

Asked if had time for survey, said I was busy. Has called every day for the last week, told him today to stop calling. Said he was going to call every day, BLOCK this number.
