I work at South Perth McDonald's and it honestly horrible, I dread going there and all the managers, especially the store manager, Mary-Ann Frugal is a down right piece of sh*t. Mary-Ann treats her employees as if they are the scum of the earth and she has no problem with making 14 year olds cry.
In my 3 years working at South Perth McDonalds I have never realised until now how horrible it truly is, and the funniest part is that the big corporate hot-shots from head office don't do anything about the obvious racism and discrimination the store manager has towards anyone that isn't a good little Filipino kid that shuts up and it okay with getting paid below minimum wage.
I have been trying to contact McDonalds for so long and on metime I've been trying to find who I can contact to complain about the unfair treatment. I hope someone knows who I can get in contact with as this would seriously help in me getting back my will to live

A hungry person

My mother bought three Angus burgers from Midland yesterday at 1351 then bought them home (1.5 hrs). They were reheated to be eaten, when I bit into the first burger I chewed on what was first thought to be a piece of sand, I spat it out and was shocked to find small pebbles (rocks) in the burger! I pulled three smallish gravel rocks out of the burger before throwing it in the bin, needless to say I have kept the rocks and the other two burgers and am awaiting a response from mc'donalds! I contacted the store manager to let them know about my concern to which I was met by a very blunt young lady who really did not care about what I had to say, incredibly rude before I had even explained what I was calling about! She responded by saying why didnt you just go to your own local mc'donalds then? umm no local macca's where i live, I was then told to return the burgers and asked why wasn't the burger eaten straight away as that is what it is intended, I asked if macca's food is unsafe to be reheated and consumed a couple of hrs after purchase, silence!! When I explained the whole situation I was told to just send the burgers back via post??? I can't imagine Australia post would like me to do that!! I stil have two remaining untouched Angus burgers in the fridge that I would now not feed to my dog!! These rocks look like they come from the driveway and there is little possibility of this being an accident as one is 1/2 the size of a five cent piece, was the burger dropped on the ground and then served? Did a disgruntled employee put the rocks in the burger on purpose? do your managers get training in customer service? I am not impressed with the whole situation and will not be visiting any of your food outlets in the foreseeable future. I will be contacting you via phone to discuss this matter further!

My friend and I use to like going to the Kelmscott store, but after today, I do not think that will happen again. An incident occurred this morning, Sunday 26 November 2017 at 11.25, there were about 7 young chaps in the store mucking around swearing, abusing and making big fellows of themselves decided to tear up hand towel, suck on it to make it wet and small then putting it in straws and spitting it at the customers in the store. One hit my friend in the corner of his eye. When he went to say something to these boys, they scattered and took off. My friend said that they also hit an elderly lady. They had little pieces of wet tissue stuck on the walls and it was everywhere on the floor. The management did nothing about this. I think managers today are too scared to say anything encase of retribution. We have been going to this store every Sunday now for several months, but that is going to stop unless the managers do something about this because the boys came back into the store this afternoon and started with the swearing and the spitting again and even carried on outside throwing and spitting at customers of Hungry Jacks

I live in the Armadale area and go to our local McDonalds. Who ever owns this place needs to be taught how to train their staff. I waited 10 minutes to be served whilst this young lady walked passed the counter about 7 times looking at me out the corner of her eye (yes I was watching her too). My order was 1 regular fries and 1 small fries.They were so focused on serving the drive through I don't think it takes 6 people to do that 1 job. Then I waited another 10 minutes to get this very very small order (which by the way the fries were sat in the hot compartment the whole time). Most of the employees of this place are grumpy don't smile and are not very helpful at all. Must be a job requirement to be a sour faced grumpy person. I understand that you have to deal with customers that are not very friendly toward you but that is not all customers. The service is absolutely sh*t the McCafe is no better either. They should go to the new store in Harrisdale and take a few lessons on how to serve customers and keep the restaurant CLEAN AND TIDY. Pick up your game ARMADALE you need great improvements.

My Daughter purchased purchased a McDonalds Angus burger for me Lunchtime, and brought it home, what a letdown :( , Angus burger half cooked 1 pickled cucumber the size of a 5cent piece, half a slice of tomato, two very small pieces of lettuce, and cheese which my daughter specifically said 'No Cheese'. This 2nd time this mhas happened hence writing on here for others to see. The store location is Burrendah Avenue Willetton. I have travelled extensiively in USA and not one did I get inferior service, plus the pictures depicted in their stores is what you got, not the Aussie version which is a good case for Trade Descriptions Act as you do not get what you see on menu.Rang Perth Head office Surprise bloody Surprise, after ringing out twice, third call I got a recorded messaGE SAYING THEY WERE UNAVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALL, LEAVE MY NUMBER THE WILL GET BACK TO ME!!!!!!!! WT*, Well in message I said I will post on Facebook and all my freinds of the lack of response.
Just keep watching the Ads on TV and believe what you see (I thnk bloody ) Maccas you now have a new name as far as I am concerned MCVOMITS, as it makes one sick justifying ones complaint. Enough Said Methinks, Will I get a response, more chance of Snow here in Perh :) :)

I went to McDonald's tonight about 1120 and got a quarter pounder meal with a piece of meat a pieces of cheese and I slice of pickle. My mum got a new rump streak wrap but not very much in it bit of lettuce and about 6 strips of streak. My coke zero was plat taste like gas in it not very happy. Never going back to Midvale McDonald's ever again. You guys need to improve a bit better then what I got tonight.

On the 8 of April 20014 time 1656 I went to the McDonalds restaurants in Warwick with my granddaughter. I ordered milkshake i fries and gave $50 note to the staff member.After few minutes I recived change from $20 instead from $50.I called the manager but he was not helpful.I asked his name and name of dishonest staff member but he refused to provide it for me( I gave him my name, address and tel. number) I am most dissatisfied with the response. I belive the incident was recorded on CTV ( I was not privy to) After first denying that $50 note was in the till $50 note was discavered partially hidden in paper on the top of the till.The manager told me that the last $50 note was paid 14 hr (I do not understend how 3 hr later 16.56 hr the $50 was still on the top of the till? free to move around.
I am absolutlu certain I had only $50 note on me when I entered the restaurant.

dear Samantha,

it must be really annoying to send you message like this with fake id because I my self don't want to reveal myself I'm scared to loose my job. So me representing my McDonald Belmont wanted to share some of the things that's going on our store and its about our boss Natalia so when the head person of the store is wrong there is no one that we can talk about the person. The main reason writing this message is she isn't paying us well and we are never paid for hours that we have worked and its just not only or two its about 80% of crew. Every time a crew does a replacement shift they never get paid even after sending her payslip and talking with her person so must of our experienced crew are leaving and we don't have enough staff to replace so we are failing our cso and having lots of complains. And she is racist a lot. In add to my proof she was Jolimont store manager before and same thing happened over there...unluckily one of my friend was Jolimont and he has to transfer because to other store because she was just too much. Since we are close with our managers even they are having lots of problems with same issue the only thing crew has been able to do is post on facebook.


ONE OF MY FRIEND WHO IS MANAGER TODAY ATTENDET THE MEETING TODAY AND SHE WAS REALLLY MOVED AS I HAD TOLD HER THE TROUBLE OUR STORE IS HAVING SHE ADVISED ME TO SEND YOU A MESSAGE BECAUSE YOU GAVE ALL THEM A WORD IF YOUR ARE HAVING PROBLEM TEXT OR EMAIL YOU AND YOU GAURANTEED ITS YOU GONNA INVESTIGATE AND TAKE ACTION NOT ONLY FORMAL WARINING BUT DEEPLY GO ONTO IT.


AND IF ITS PROOF THAT WE ARE TALKING OUT THE PERSON WHO SUFFERS IT CAN EXPLAIN BETTER WHEN YOU MEET THEM IN PERSON.SO IF YOU THING ITS JUST A NUISANCE AND FAKE YOU CAN HAVE A CHAT WITH BELMONT CREW AND IF YOU FIND OUT I AM WRONG I WILL JUST HANDOUT MY RESIGNATION .AND ALSO WITH JOLIMONT CREW. SHE IS TURNING CASUAL TO PARTTIME AND FULL TIME TO PARTTIME EVEN WITH NOTIFYING CREW THM SELF I WAS ONE OF THEM I WORKED FOR 36 HOURS AND WHEN I CHECKED PAYSLIP I WAS PAID FOR 30 HOURS AS PARTTIME RATE WHERE AS I HAVE ALREADY WORKED AS CASUAL ATLEAST SHE SHOULD HAVE ABIT OF CHAT WITH ME.


ITS 7 CREW WERE ARE TRYING TO CHANGE STORE AND IF THIS KEEPS HAPPENING THERE WILL NOT BE ANY GOOD CREW LEFT IN BELMONT TO WORK.
ITS SAD TO HEAR OUR MOST EXPERIENCE MANAGER MICHEAL LEFT HE WAS A EX STORE MANAGER AND CONSULTANT.HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT HTE STORE AND ROLE MODEL TO ALL THE NEW MANAGERS HE COULDNT HANDLE HER EVERY MORNING TRYING TO BREAK APART.


SO HOPE WE GOT HEARD AND NECESSARY INVESTIGATIONS ARE MADE AND ALWAYS BETTER TO TALK CREW BEFORE STORE MANAGER WITHOUT LETTING HER OR WILL START GETTIG SACKED SPEACIALLY WITH ASIAN SHE IS REALLY HARD AND I HEARD ALMOST MOST OF THE ASIAN GOT KICKED OUT OF THESTORE NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE LAZY ITS JUST BECAUSE SHE DIDNT LIKED THEM.

actually i want to loadge a complained about the belmont store manager management. she is too much rood behavior to the crew member and she not paid regularly. she paid a lesser amount than yourwork. in belmont maccas so many crew at last few days resigned and three manager also resined because of storemanager behaviour. the thing is is not well in belmont store. also all know the consultant and store manager have good relation because they both are lesbian so obviously interact good. my point is head office have to interferon in this matter. i just focus this matter.

Hi. I just want to commend the young girl that is on cafe this morning (warnbro mcdonalds). I think her name was Madison.
She was busy doing an order and had told me she won't be too long. So I waited and went and ordered some breakfast food over at the normal front counter. There was a man there (he had only been waiting for like a second) and she hadn't seem him and he went to place his order and the young girl said sorry sir but that lady (me) was first. The man then got angry saying he was waiting for quite a while and she took it very well and served him anyway. I just want to say she handled it very well.

Only two complaints Why do you charge 40cents extra for Soy milk, and decaffienated coffee? A lot of people use it now days for health and medical reasons. Be a leader like you used to be and abolish this unjust cost as it is discriminating against your customers.. MAN UP AND GET RID OF UNFAIR CHARGES!!!!!

Hi Iam a regular customer of McDonald's Stores in Midland and High Wycombe. I order 2 coffee Frappes almost everyday and on several occasions iam told Sorry we are out of coffee syrup. I understand that they may run out at times but this has been happening on a regular basis, it happens weekly. Now what I dont understand is if they keep running out why not order larger amounts when ordering stock? How hard is it? I say this to the staff when I am repeatedly let down and they reply with , we have had a busy week. That is not good enough. If its not an issue with running out of stock its the machine has broken down. If its so much of a problem why bother having frappes on the menu?
Iam a valuable customer of McDonald's and my patients are running out. My 7 year old boy also loves coming there. Soon we will be eating at the opposition.
Some feedback would be greatly appreciated..
This matter needs to be dealt with.

This is a complaint about a rule that Bernadette Morrisey (not sure on spelling) has put in place, specifically at the Kwinana branch.
I took my children there for an icecream tonight. Went through the drive through, and was told at the order box that their icecream machine was not working AGAIN!!! It was fairly busy at the time, and I had to waste my time driving through the drive through for NOTHING!! I not only wasted my time, I wasted my petrol!! At least $10 in waiting to get completely through. When I asked the girl at the window why there were no signs up, she said they were told by their regional manager, Bernadette Morrisey, that they were not allowed to put up signs!! This is BS!! If there was a sign, I could've backed out of the drive through, saving both my precious time and money via petrol!!! I will be calling to speak to Ms Morrisey about this, and will be asking for a cheque of $10 - NOT mcdonalds vouchers - your food's crap, that's why IF we go there, it's only for an icecream!!!

We have been going to mcdonalds cafes for some years now and have never had to complain before but have recently settled in Mandurah and are going to The forum mcdonalds for our usual coffee and rasin toast for some weeks. We have now had to travel to the Miami store because of the staff and the state of the restaurant at the Forum. We are probably going to report the place to the health authorities. The dishwasher has been broken for three weeks, no cups, no raisin toast yesterday or today, no cakes the other week. The floor and tables are always dirty and have to wipe tables up myself. Toilets are smelly and the entrance door to the toilets is broken. Havent seen any competant person in charge and although this store is far bussier than the Miami store, there are far more staff to supposedly cop. When my husband complained and asked for the manager, who said she is one of MANY, she was actually giggling with the other girl as my husband left. PLEASE do something, we so enjoy or raisin toast and coffee.
