*hidden* Emery the director of Emery Group Pty Ltd is a fraud, he has gone into hiding taking millions of investors money and staff entilements, we will hunt him down and make him pay, this guy needs to be jailed for his lies and deceit

Also ripped off by Emery after buying an investment property and being told they did 30K worth of "improvements" to my property. Have recently sold the property at a loss of at least 50K! I realise that I will never get my money back, but the public needs to be made aware of shonky operators like these.

As you stated you don't know the situation so you can read all about it - just google oh and be sure to also check out ASIC & ATO too. All public information. I didn't "name these companies" I stated where he was working just as alot of other people have on this post and many other blogs. Try LinkedIn or again google you'll find where alot people in the world work. I was at a business event where people introduce themselves and state where they work, not a secret squirrel club.

don't know the situation but you have just broken so many rules. If I was you, I would talk to the company about taking it down. I have a legal background and know that the companies can take legal action.You have named these companies who can seek legal advise about your post. Not a smart move. Did he reject you or ? Worst piece of sh*t that ever walked on this earth. I worked in the Salisbury office and was sacked because I refused to lie to clients. Never paid any entitlements. But think I was lucky. Ended up calling a few owners who I had numbers for and told them. Also dropped many hints for clients to come over and see there investment. I met this guy *hidden* Emery last Thursday at a networking event and googled his name when I got back to the office, and I see pages of people stating their experiences with him. I'm not surprised as he certainly came off as a shady person with alot of confidence IMHO. He gave me his mobile no too and said he just started working at a company called Niagara in Myaree about 2 weeks ago, must have been straight after working at the Handle Group (as per Joes post 10/12/15). Finally sold my so called investment property I was conned into by Emery and his lying colleagues.
final outcome, a loss of $114,000.00.
The line they gave at the start was I could have my primary mortgage paid out in possibly 5 years.
Well its 5 years of lies and financial hell later and I now have an extra $114 k on my mortgage which i'll be paying an extra $100 a week for the next 20 years well into my retirement.
