Company calling themselves Escapesmall, claiming to work out of West Perth, offering vouchers for cheap hotel accommodation in Australia and New Zealand (e.g. 12 vouchers for $499 for 12 nights accommodation). When checking the business address given me on the phone (21 Kings Park Rd, West Perth WA 6005), this was found to be Escape Day Spas and the business phone number given [(08) 9467 2245] had "no results" when searched on 'reverseaustralia'. .

I just had a call from them. Didn't take up the offer as I was suspicious. I'd be very interested to know if this turns out to be legit for you.

Sounded so legitimate and then I stumbled on this site

I dealt with 94672245 over the phone for about 2 days off and on. They gave ABN for Escape (WA) pty ltd, however their website had not connection to that ABN. Payments are asked to go to Abacus Marketing Solutions. I contacted two Hotels who were supposedly affiliated with them (Perth and Greece) and both did not have any records of this company. I asked for terms and conditions and they were unable to provide. I asked for physical office location so could check it out, they were reluctant to give out and wanted to know when I would be visiting but then I was told 24 Kings Park Rd West Perth and I said I won't be telling you when I am visiting. I visited that address and the businesses there ON ALL THREE FLOORS of the building had no record of any of these names. The receptionist has kind enough to call the number as say that a customer of theirs was looking for their premises. She handed the phone to me and I asked what level they were on. They said 2. I said great! I'm on level 3 can you get someone to come and escort me to level 2? They said uh ok, "sure why not" and then hung up. The receptionist said can you wait down stairs (by now she was pretty sure it was a scam and didn't want anything weird happening at the business). I said, ok, but if someone comes up...., she quickly interrupted me and said with a smile "NO-ONE is coming to get you, we have that floor too, that is our analysts on that level". So in summary, I have concluded it is a scam. If not illegal it is at least and extremely high risk they won't follow through with any promises.

Had a call at all hours from Escapesmall about 8 nights for $499.00. Nearly sucked in.

They called me claiming I had signed some sort of coupon - had my name, address and obviously phone number. After the initial caller I was transferred to a "Floor Manager" who unsuccessfully tried to get me to agree to "reserving his $299 package". Their phone number appears to be a Western Australian number but the accent was foreign and when I questioned what accommodation they had in my nominated towns in Western Australia the guy on phone had limited knowledge. I had to spell names then he thought one town was in the UK then next couldn't correctly pronounce the names of other towns. It was obvious he was using Google search or similar. I concluded it is a scam of some sort.

Property offered : 3 Perlinte View, North Coogee WA 6163. Their headquarters said they don't give promotional Vouchers.

I have just paid them!
