I keep ringing self service line 4 days now and when it comes to my voice ID they say it's not me I've rang about 6 or 7 times and they cut me off I need to know if I can get an advance payment they just keep cutting me off and saying it's not my voice and it is my voice please help me in this orial khalife

I am trying to get in contact with your office concerning making appointments connected to my Work Provider atworkaustralia. Recently received a letter from Centrelink on 15th of April at 2.15pm concerning my requirements were not met for payment of newstart. Saying I missed a appointment in March well my last one was on 19th Feb and my next was 18th April at 1.00pm. So I attended this meeting and pointed out the issue and what happened there explanation it's Centrelink fault my response was no it"s yours you set the appointments not Centrelink.
