Terrible service for nails!
Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a Saturday at 9am.
Arrived on the day at 8.45am and was told that they were running 20mins late; thought that this was fine as I was already 15mins early.
Well didn't get seen to until 9.40am (55mins later). Then throughout my appointment was continually left unattended for different reasons.
Toward the end of my appointment, the nail technician screwed up one of my nails as she was rushing because her next client had arrived. She told me to go down stairs and get my waxing done whilst she'd make a start on her next client and that whilst I get that done, I can let my nails dry. She also said that as soon as I come back up, she'd fix the nail she screwed.
Well I went and did that and when id finished my waxing came back up stairs and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I sat and waited for 5 mins and at this time I’d been there for THREE HOURS.
I turned around to grab her attention and asked her nicely if she could please do what she said she'd do and I’ll be able to go (nicely). The nail technician turned around and bit my head off telling me her other client had more of a reason to be there than me and that I’d have to wait.
I then said I’d already been here THREE HOURS for an HOUR and a HALF job and began to walk out. The nail technician then jumped up and said not to go and she'd fix it.

I wouldn’t suggest going there as the service is sh*t and the attitude is terrible.
