Robo Dialled. They call 10 at once and if one answers the others are blank or :goodbye".
Foreign accent. Supposedly a short Charity survey requiring only YES or NO answers.

Do not say Yes or No. They record your responses and then use it to open fake accounts in your name. Scam. Just say Not Interested, please remove me from your call list.

Hung up when reached the answering machine. Obviously a nuisance call or scammer!

Caller: Charity Today Organisation

Received a call from "Charity Today". When asked about the organisation the lady (foreign) told me about different organisations including the Blind Guide Dog Assoc. Answers were to be "yes" or "no" for the survey. Said I will not use those words and she hung up straight away. It's a scam. There is also no registration for this "so called" organisation as a "charity/business in Australia.

Caller: Charity (I think), but the number is not even connected! How does that happen Big T?

Charity starts at home. I wish Telstra would show a little public spirit and cull these morons instead of taking their money.

Did not answer. Called the number back and got "your call cannot be connected". Bogus robo call.

They call at around the same time , really starting to PMO !! I wonder if a whistle will have the required effect . Something has to be done about these AH’s

This number has called my place of work multiple times a day for the past week or so. I just hang up now when I see the number. A main is when you answer you hear a sort of electronic "click", if I hear that I know straight away it is a scam caller.

They ring, get ANS MACHINE, & hang up...…..I have CALLER ID, DO NOT ANSWER if I don't know the Caller

Unlikely to be anything to do with Telstra. The calls come in by VOIP from overseas and the number is "spoofed" They search for an unused number and use that. Sometimes the numbers, like this one, look authentic, but sometimes they get it very wrong and come up with some very un-Australian phone numbers, which should ring bells immediately.

They called again 24 hours later. Told the lady it was a scam and she should be ashamed of herself. Also said I was called yesterday and she said they had not which I refuted. Told her to take the number of their list. See further comments on this website. Then within a few minutes got another "scam call" from (08) 9379 9327 Indian man advising that I had computer problems. He hung up after swearing at me. Probably all coming from same call centre.

I have had several calls from people wanting me to review products. Tell them I'm not interested. Latest has been this 089...37 number and I reply "Hello" and they hang up. Will try "SCAMMER!" next time.

Did a search after two unanswered calls today and I find the number "is not connected."

Has called every day this week just dont bother answering, just hit end call button everytime I see it as already checked number and knew it was crap
