I did complain this housekeeping company, federal circuit court of australia made an order to Catherine, but she has not responded to them, we have to enforcing court orders so is can't stop her f*cking business.

Looks like this comment isn't very defamatory at all, otherwise FWO wouldn't have handed down the largest fine in their history:

I fully agree with the comment made by 'No Need' on November 27, 2013, and sympathise with ex-staff memeber 'Rozali'.

Sad... Sad.. and very sad...

This is the worst cleaning company i have ever used.

I got cornered into signing up for vouchers when i had never used their service before. I would have preferred having them clean my apartment first but the owner (manger or whoever she is.. Very rude by the way) insisted they only sell vouchers for their service.

I had to buy it and i must confess, their service was initially manageable and the cleaners who came always wanted me to give them a good recommendation to the company.

Then things went downhill from there. My vouchers finished and i was considering changing immediately i was down to last 5 vouchers the rude silly lady kept trying to force down my throat more vouchers. Every time i called to book a house cleaning, thats always the first thing she'd do. Then she went ahead and booked more vouchers and charged my credit card.

Then the rude woman always wanted to have my place cleaned for 3 hours when its a single occupied apartment in the city and my place is far cleaner than normal.

They now moved offices and things went further downhill from there. To book is always a nightmare. The second rude and clueless uk temp worker she had always promises to call back but she never does.

They booked for someone to come clean my apartment but i ended up chasing them when the person didn’t come. I sat at home and missed meetings i should have attended. When i called, the rude clueless girl that picks the phone said she would rearrange and call me back. No apology. I waited for almost the whole day and called back. I now called again and rebooked and the same thing happened. This time it was the rude manager who couldn’t open her mouth and apologize but wanted to keep talking down at me. especially when i am the one paying for their pathetic service.

I don’t advice anyone in their right frame of mind to use these people. A combination of both unprofessionalism, laziness, rudeness and lack of customer care is what you get for the money you pay.

Please be warned. Don’t make the same mistake i have made

Hello ! As I see many bad opinions of very disappointed customers, have you ever asked yourself what an employee could think of this company? If you never see the same team everyweek, it is because we try to find another job as soon as possible because the work conditions are unacceptable
I worked there for 2 months and I have many surprises for you today ! (Sorry for my English, i am a foreigner, and sorry Cath but what you do to your employees is far more disgusting and against the law than what I do today !)
To start with, just know that "All Housekeepers go through a rigorous 30-point screening, training and checking process
before they are ever work with Housekeeping Pty Ltd. Apart from requiring our Employees to do compulsory training, we insist that every successful Full Time Housekeeper have a Federal Police Clearance, Current ID and Character References before they commence employment" is ABSOLUTELY WRONG : Most of them DON'T have any police clearance (I did not show any police clearance as I did not have one). Also, I don't know what is a "checking process" they talk about.
To sum up, they could be employing a burglar or a serial killer, they would not see anything AND SO DO YOU !

Secondly, when they tell you that picking up your ironing (etc.) is free -> Understand that employees are never paid for this (like most of the time )

Remember above all that this "beloved" Catherine, you have the right to love, hate foreign people ... that we are all given our origins and our need (a little desperate sometimes) of money (Cath does understand that so well !). We are not expected to ask questions or be respected as human beings. We are "paid" $ 16 the hour (I dare not calculate the margin). The hours drive between each house are of course not paid and we are systematically deducted an hour for a "break" : We eat in the car because we do not have time to stop, you now understand why we hurry sometimes ... This is simply to allow us a 2 minute break where we could possibly rehydrate. Work in cleaning is normally paid at least 24 dollars an hour ...
We do not have time to stop why? Because we get the ironing, bring a car, cleaning the car, back to the office for no reason (all of that is not paid either ...), or just because Cath is mad and wants to play with our nerves (40 minutes round trip).


If unfortunately one of the houses cancels its appointment of the day, employees are paid for half a day instead of a day (from 7:30 to 13)... I do not think this is a half-day). We have NO PAYCHECKS and you have to fight to get a copy of the contract (the printer does not work ... except for our print program of the day). Impossible for us to verify the hours worked ... I had to take a picture of my contract with my cellphone against their approval.

During the first month, we do not receive any money. Wages fall after a month of work (and then every two weeks) ... If foreigners want to recover taxes without payslips ... good luck!

Some cleaners are so sick of being treated like slaves they PRETEND to clean houses (By the way, hide your toothbrushes when the cleaners come : i saw a lot of cleaners using the toilet brush for the bathroom and the toothbrush for the toilets...) . They are SLOW and clean really badly because they hate their job (I understand because they are sermoned by Catherine who can call up to 5 times a day for us to go back to the office ...) I wondered if it was not done on purpose ... so that customers complain and they leave the agency.

Others are so afraid that they have a frozen smile in front of Catherine ... even though it's 5PM, after five houses cleaned, you have to pick up ironing 30 minutes away (it is not paid ... but I don't need to mention it). Never a thank you! never smile! But contempt.

In parallel, we also pay to park the car, and I'll never see the money that I put forward when the car lacked gasoline.

Every question we had : Catherine does not have the time, the agency is too "small" to work on administrative stuff of to print payslips.

If you want to quit, you have 7 days notice ... knowing that for Australia it is 24 hours ...

Eventually, you can continue working with the agency because in the end, if your home is poorly cleaned, you will get refund. If you are not satisfied, you call friendly Catherine and she will insult us ! Be sure of that (and we will not be paid )! Your house will be clean, regardless of the means used.


There are ads on Gumtree from people who want to do housekeeping and that will show their Police clearance with no problem ... They will gladly make your household and you can trust them. There are other agencies (although between us, I do not know what they are worth) who will treat their employees like their customers (It does exist !). I ask you, for my part, is to turn this message to people who use the same service as you and if you have some ethics (I met many customers who will recognize), please make sure to close this agency! I trust you ! Do not hesitate to talk about it!

This kind of business has to stop now !
