i recieved a call from this number which was someone enquiring about my Gumtree ad. seemed legit. possibly a screening number for calls made through Gumtree

yes,its so true you can never get thru because its blocked.....or engaged

Why can't I call back?

This number calls but when I call back it is constantly engaged

Constant engaged signal. The party calls my phone number: (08) 9412 1445, however, I cannot return the call.
