I called back number (08) 9233 9400 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.

Didn't answer, but they left a voicemail. Was definitely vividwireless, was the same CSO I spoke to a few days ago just checking if I'd activated my account. All legit.

dont think it synergy my bill is always in credit am with vivid but also in credit number says invalid i had a few last year aswell but didnt take down number never give any info i got caught out last year cost me over $500 for answering questions!!!
