I tried to call both 1300 656 130 Phone number and 131531 Phone number's I was LEFT for over 1 hour on each number LISTENING TO ADVERTISING schpil stating how good the Toll service is! The service needs to wake up, better management and more staff to answer call's awaiting cards left in mailbox's with Con Notes that are scribbled in an undecipherable script!
Have people answer the call that can UNDERSTAND the spoken words of English, not some Phillipino that can NOT understand spoken English!
