Calls me daily but never leaves a message.

If it a Government agency, they will leave message and usually asking you to call a 13 number. Only telemarketers, spammers, scammers and debt collectors won't leave a message. Also, if you rang back and it was busy you would be transferred to reception or get a message.

it has rung every morning i have missed the call and then when i ring back it is disconnected... annoying and hoping its not some govt agency which will come back and sting me on the butt later for not answering

Had a missed call from (08) 8423 0148 at 1355hrs on 3/1/2016. Tried to return call but line disconnected before actually ringing at the other end. I reported a complaint on the DNC Register website
