I have rang this phone number as advised by government bodies, several times over this last 2 weeks (today 12.6.19) it is not answering to any person the message is asking for the caller to leave a message and they will get back. This is call back strategy is definitely not occuring as there is no courtesy call happening. There is not even a courtesy message identifying who I am calling!! I hit a brick wall speaking to Telstra and so will contact the ombudsman.
